“房間偏細，只會隔日清潔執房，房間沒有水供應，要到公眾地方樓層取水或冰，位置較高，每次回程，需要不斷行斜路上山返回酒店。優點是房價較划算，大堂佈置精美，有兩杯飲品贈送。”

“We stayed the night for a March staycation so it served its purpose. Our room was not ready at check-in and I had to state multiple times I had a pet even though I booked a pet room and called the day before. They said the room was late due to it being inspected for cleaning but when we got to the room we discovered someone’s pjs and wrappers on the floor and in the drawers. Our fridge was leaking and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. We did not bring these issues up as we only stayed……

“I stayed at this hotel multiple times and loved it, but I think this may be my last time. There was no hot water got cold showers my whole stay, bathroom had a really bad smell of urine, the heat didn’t work so room was freezing, and the outlets were so lose I couldn’t charge anything. For a hotel that’s usually beautiful I was very unsatisfied ”
