“I liked the location to downtown Wall and Wall Drug. We were able to walk to the Drug store and to the restaurants. There was no elevator so we had to drag our luggage up and down the stairs. Check in was very good. The check out was not good. We were told we would get a price of $149 for the second night. I asked the desk person if that discount was on the bill and he said yes. When we checked out I asked for a printed receipt and the person on staff said he would email it. When I……

“This is now apartments for people to bounce in and out of. I’m not sure why Expedia still has a contract with them. It’s not available as a hotel rental. Nobody at the front desk to help you a sign on the door that says they aren’t available for nightly rental”

“If they have staff it sure wasn’t visible. Couldn’t call they wouldn’t answer phone. Lucky if they answered text. People in and out of parking lot all night long. Abandoned cars in parking spots near wouldn’t turn off had to put ac on. No smoke detectors!! The girl that’s in charge didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Says office open from 8-8. That was a joke. ”
