Great location!! Soooo close to metro subway station, while JR and bus stations were an easy walk away. Airport Limousine bus service was a huge plus. Hotel room was clean and bathroom was excellent. So glad to have booked here.

from the subway too the hotel, its fully sheltered but there's a flight of stairs to hotel entrance, no slope or lifts or escalator. inconvenient to carry a huge luggage with a kid in tow

Very convenient. Near to Shinjuku station and shuttle service is provided to Shinjuku station. Staff are helpful and friendly.
