Great house!

Fantastic with Manatees We Have Not Seen Before

This is our 3rd year staying here and it was phenomenal as always. For the first time we have Manatees visit us on 2 different days and they stayed for hours. The fishing was particularly good with Ladyfish, Catfish, Puffer fish and others. Jeff is the consummate host. Can't wait until next year!

Beautiful and relaxing stay

This house is just beautiful! Waking up to the dolphin show every morning was amazing! The beds are so comfortable and everything was perfect. Jeff was a great host!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we hope to stay again. The property is in a convenient location and has a spacious layout. We loved being on the water. The host was very responsive when I had questions. Thanks for a great stay!

2ND TIME BACK

We really like this place it is clean, very well furnished, all the accessories you would need. The fishing is good and the dolphins came to play every morning while we were there. This is our second time and we will be back. Would highly recommend.

Waterfront

Great location! Very accommodating and restaurants are a short drive. Kids loved fishing off the dock and we caught Sailcats, catfish and a 3ft bullhead shark. Definitely recommend this property.

4th of July vaca

Beautiful home on the water! Perfect place to watch fireworks!! The owner is very nice and helpful! He went above and beyond to compensate us for an issue we had. Will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Vacation

Great location for a relaxing stay. Beautiful home on water. Nature provides endless changing entertainment with dolphins, pelicans, water, sunrises and sunsets. Beautiful patio to relax on and have breakfast and dinner. We never left the property, except to grocery shop.

Beautiful House, Beautiful View

What a beautiful waterfront property! The house had everything we needed and more. The beach and dock were absolute heaven for us in the mornings. The dolphins and jumping fish were such a delight. I felt very relaxed and slept great during our stay, even with two toddlers!

Beautiful Sunrises on River

We loved staying at this home on the river. We got to see dolphins every day and the guys caught trout in the river every day. The house is pet friendly, but the yard is not completely fenced in, so pet will need to stay leashed while outside. This house is furnished beautifully. We loved staying here.

Beautiful waterfront property

I and the wife really enjoyed our stay here. The home and view are stunning with wild life. We got to watch the sunrise each morning and dolphins swim. Communication with Jeff during our stay was great and he responded quickly. You have to go and see it to appreciate this gem. We definitely will be marking this to be one of our favorite destinations. Can’t wait to return.

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice clean home on the water. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. My kids loved being able to walk down to the dock to fish, as well as go paddle boarding. We were happy to have found a nice place for a family vacation that also allowed us to bring our 2 small dogs with us. The home is a short drive to the beach with many stores and restaurants close by. Jeff was great with communicating, easy to contact and quick to respond. We definitely plan on staying again.

Spectacular Space Coast

Casamigos is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay on Florida's space coast. The views of the river are stunning. Amazing sunsets and wildlife (dolphins, blue herons, pelicans, fish jumping) and the sunsets are spectacular. This is a great family vacation spot OR a romantic couples vacation getaway. We saw a fabulous launch from the backyard of the Falcon Heavy. Comfortable rooms, beautiful decor and pet friendly. If you're coming to the space coast this is a wonderful option!

Beautiful Property

This property is a must stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous with all of the extras! The house is fantastically furnished with high end furnishings, appliances, linens, and kitchen/restroom supplies. The view is amazing with dolphins playing in the bay every morning. The garage has beach toys, chairs, coolers, fishing poles, and long boards to borrow and enjoy. My family will most definitely return to this house! 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely wonderful!

Loved our stay at Casamigos! Best vacation rental experience! The house was extremely clean and beautiful. Jeff was amazing, had great communication (we would have missed the ticket launch without him telling us), and had an abundance of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels (not common in rentals). We loved seeing the dolphins every morning, the stingrays, the herons, and the jumping fish. It was also close to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and Orlando is only 50 minutes away. Would definitely love to come back when we are in the area!

River Paradise

This property was just as described! Perfect location on the Indian River and a short drive to the USSSA Baseball Space Coast. We spent all of our free time on our private pier for fishing, dolphin, manatee & sting ray watching! We were able to see all the fireworks from the dock in all directions. This house has all the amenities for the kitchen and bathrooms. Even provided paddle boards and towels. Highly recommend Jeff’s house and can’t wait to book again.

Vacation Paradise

The house is wonderful, great for a family vacation with or without pets, it's very relaxing and the views are fabulous. We saw dolphins daily swimming around and playing. I took one of the paddle boards out when it was sunny and it was fantastic just paddling around. The property is located central to everything from beaches and great restaurants and shops! We even spent an afternoon in Orlando and it was only 50 minutes away. Definitely will be coming back to stay. Thank you, Jeff!

Peaceful, comfortable stay

Beautiful home on the Indian River with ever changing, calming view of the water and sky. Fabulous, functional kitchen for family. Patio perfect for dining al fresco. Comfortable living room with room to play Great place for paddle boarding. Our little ones loved discovering sea creatures off the dock ( horseshoe sting rays, whelks, barnacle, dolphins, fish, pelicans) and had to stop to say good-bye to them before we left. Very responsive host.

Insanely Wonderful

This property was the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The property was just as depicted in the photos with a very clean, calm feel. Lots to do right at the home - basketball, paddle boarding, and dolphin watching. Kitchen had all amenities and appliances you could ask for for home cooking. The views are unmatched and most importantly, dogs are as welcome as people, as they should be, without a stupid additional fee. They’re family. Thank you Jeff for being such a wonderful host and generous human.
