“As a man in my seventies I have difficulty with technology on occasion. I did not understand how to check in when I arrived at the property so I called the management number. I got a text that he was on another call and would call back. after 5-10 minutes I called again requesting assistance. Got a text telling me he was still on a call. this went on for more that 20 minutes with numerous unhelpful texts. via text I explained my situation and pleaded to speak to someone who could help.
