Minutes to Beale 4BR/3BA SFH

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was Rehabbed in 2023, however still retains a turn of the century craftsman charm. Right next to St. Jude, 5 minute drive to Beale st. and close to all the downtown attractions. This space offers a fully modern, stainless steel kitchen, surround sound, front and rear porches to lounge and a bar area for evening entertaining. Great for tourists visiting the attractions, St. Jude extended families or business travelers. No parties, out of town guests only.

Uptown is the neighborhood I've called home since 2016. It is a growing/changing neighborhood with new construction all around and good neighbors looking out for each other. You can walk around my neighborhood any time as long as you stay where you see the shorter/fancier street lamps. All of the local residents are very friendly, and go out of their way to say hi. If you are heading into downtown at night, or coming home late, I would recommend driving or getting Uber/Lyft.

Amazing Experience

The home is gorgeous and was a perfect fit for my family trip. Communication with the owner was phenomenal. We will be staying here again. If you are in Uptown Memphis this is the perfect place to stay!

Quick stay

There were only 4 of us staying- two couples- so had plenty of options for bedrooms. The house had everything we needed and even had coffee stocked! Just a few minutes away from Beale street and bass pro shop- perfect for our stay.

House is very nice. Plenty of room/space. My family and i stayed one night on our way to Mississippi to see extended family. One of my family members dropped her wallet , which was picked up by next door neighbor. The host then emailed me to let me know where to pickup the wallet! The communication and honesty was greatly appreciated

Super fun place!

We had a great time here! The house is newly renovated and super cute. It suited us perfectly for the number of people we had. It was easy to get in and out of and it was super convenient to downtown. We didn’t drive more than 10 minutes anywhere we wanted to go! We would definitely stay here again.

The house is excellent, clean, nicely appointed. It is very close to Beale St and downtown. The neighborhood is some what ify but up and coming. Overall we would stay there again! Owner easy to communicate with, responsive.

Birthday Getaway

We did a birthday trip to Memphis for one of my besties. We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and it fit our needs. It felt like home. A great place to stay; easy commute anywhere. Robert the host was awesome. Great communication throughout the process. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Quiet Neighborhood close to Beal Street

The house was beautiful. Our goal was to spend NYE on Beale Street and we had a blast. We also visited the Civil Rights Museum it was very educational. We loved the house, very spacious and furnished tastefully. We would love to visit again in the warmer months. Thank you for your hospitality.

Girls Nashville Trip

Our trip was hindered by sickness and weather but those that were able to come had an awesome time. The house was perfect for our needs and the host went above and beyond with communication. If I had one suggestion it would be to add hooks in the bathrooms for clothes or towels. Great accommodations and would definitely recommend and return.
