“this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!”

“Loved the location. Within walking distance to everything we wanted. Very well stocked apartment. All the necessities were included. Only drawback was thin floors and ceilings. We could hear all the neighbors. A box of earplugs in the bedroom should be a good clue.”

“I had a lovely stay at the River Inn. It is a beautiful property, well decorated with beautiful views of the Mississippi River and wonderful thoughtful amenities. This is now my go to hotel when in Memphis.”

“Great Location! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I rated the physical condition of the property very good instead of excellent because there were some big stains on the hallway carpet on the second floor and the trim was coming off the bathroom barn door. Also, I found a capsule on a chair that the previous housekeeper had missed. All in all I had a good stay and would come back.”

“Great property! Excellent staff, very nice room. A little dark but it was the theme (kinda missed daylight after two nights). The balcony was really peaceful. It would’ve been nice to have had a pool but other than that, excellent.”

“Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance. ”
