“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. “I booked this motel through Expedia and paid more than 4 months in advance, expecting a quality room that matched the listing. Instead, I was extremely disappointed. The room was with a small window, about 75% of the view was completely blocked by a rusted metal building located only about 4 inches from the window, while the remaining 25% offered almost no view at all. Staff at front desk left shift late at night and were already back mid morning the next day. It appeared they may be remodeling as I could smell paint and saw some painters. “This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!”
