"After a long drive, the Kimpton Schofield was a welcome sight. We opted for the overnight valet parking, and it was a worthwhile expense. The valet staff was helpful and made the check-in process smooth. We used the drink tickets we received at the hotel's restaurant, Betts. The food was surprisingly good, and the live music and bar with sports on were a nice bonus after staying at some less-than-stellar places off the highway. The beds were a definite highlight—very comfortable linens. They also treated our dog very well, which is always a plus. The complimentary morning coffee was a nice touch, too. Being downtown, there were some obvious downsides. The street noise from motorcycles was loud, a problem the hotel seems to be aware of, judging by the white noise machine and earplugs provided. More notably, the immediate area had a distinct, unpleasant odor, particularly of urine, and there was a sizable homeless population. While I didn't feel unsafe during the daytime, it's something to be aware of."

"Great place to stay if you’re heading to the Cleveland area. It’s well taken care of and just a 5 minute ride to the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field. There is a shared parking spot out back to avoid street parking. It was a little tough to maneuver out of with an SUV so just a heads up. The kids didn’t want to move on to our next stop because they loved the place so much! Phillip was an excellent and helpful host. Would absolutely recommend! "

"This was an excellent place to stay with our family visiting from Spain. It fit 5 people quite nicely and had very easy parking and access to various attractions in Cleveland. The street was very quiet and we felt comfortable."

"This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. "

"Charming little getaway!The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The hot tub was a highlight—such a great way to unwind! The shared backyard setup was a bit unclear at first (we weren’t sure if that included the hot tub), but we went ahead and used it and had no issues.There’s an adorable coffee shop just a short walk away, which was a nice bonus. Don’t be put off by the parking area—it might look a little rough at first glance, but it has no bearing on the quality of the rental. Everything inside was spotless and welcoming.The only minor downside was the absence of a toaster—but that’s just us being picky. "We had the most excellent weekend here! Everything was perfectly clean, super stocked up on cleaning supplies and even things like coffee with creamer for the machine, nice dishes and glasses in the cute little bar … this was a gem of a spot! Very easy to check in and out of, a responsive host, and a great location within walking distance of lots of fun spots in Tremont. Just perfect for what we needed the house for!"

"We stayed for a multi-day baseball tournament. The loft was spotless and had everything we needed to feel like a home away from home. It’s not fancy but it’s really functional. The laundry, weight room and rec room with ping pong was a hit with my boys! The neighborhood can be a little loud at night. Definitely recommend for a small family. "

"The property looks exactly like the pictures! It was nice and We do recommend! We had a couple of issues and Nick handled them quickly and efficiently! He was so easy to work with! As you get older you are not use to changes., he even answered our silly questions so quickly! The house is close to everything! Beach, zoo, downtown and even my daughters wedding and house!
