Lodging near Brookside Reservation, Old Brooklyn

"We stayed there for two nights and it was easy to park (although $20 per night) and the hotel was clean along with our room. The shower drained, no water collecting while showering!"

"The hotel was nice. The staff was pleasant. I called the front desk a couple of times to ask questions about the area but nobody answered at the front desk. Convenient access to downtown, especially to the Cavs arena space. It's not a beautiful environment but is convenient. I had a small issue with housekeeping understanding my needs as well as English. (that small issue could have been easily resolved by providing at least the #of towels for the # of guests on the reservation) I also would appreciate an included breakfast. There are plenty of places to eat lunch or dinner nearby. Oh and the bed was so comfortable, great bed!"

"Apartment was clean and had some cooking items, plates, utensils etc. Washer/dryer unit didn't work well for me, BUT I didn't notify the property owner. Plenty of parking in the BACK of the building. Gas station, reasonably priced very close. Close to highway. Best arrive/unpack and leave/pack up during sunlight hours. Would stay again."

"Internet was extremely spotty. Did not get it to work for us until the day before we left. Good thing it wasn’t a working vacation. Many messages back and for with no resolution. Very disappointing. We believe a cat was caught in the duct work the first day. Saw it outside the back door. House was not to bad."

"The property was very nice especially having a fenced in yard for my dog to come with us on our trip. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is outfitted with plenty to cook there. Comfortable beds was a huge plus. This space is perfect for the traveler that needs a nice place to home-base between activities around Cleveland. Location is close to everything (less than 15 mins to downtown) but low traffic area so getting around is easy. Communication with host was wonderful- clear directions and instructions on where to park and how to access the property. "

"Excellent property. Quiet and comfortable. Speedy communication from property manager. Easy instructions. Everything provided that you could ask for. ( could have used a toaster, was the only thing missing). Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends visiting the area. "
