Hotel famoso e bem localizado, quarto pequeno escuro com cheiro de mofo. Equipe despreparada, principalmente o Concierge, mal educado e arrogante. Pelo preço na vale!!! Não recomendo!!!

Location: Miami South Beach, bel endroit de vacances, restaurants +++, Art Deco District, ensemble architectural étonnant
Situation excellente et centrale à Miami Beach au bord de l'océan. Belle architecture art-déco, revue par Philippe Starck ( +++) Accueil absolument extraordinaire de tout le personnel, d'une gentillesse et d'une efficacité rares. Bonne nourriture, aussi bien italienne et internationale que japonaise. Le dimanche, un brunch fabuleux. A revenir impérativement ! des vacances géniales.

Nice grounds. Hotel rooms not clean.

Hotel room had someone's red hairs all over it. When management was informed they were not overly accommodating, however, did give another room. Second room was clean, however, housekeeping did little "cleaning" as little garbage was left after them being in the room.

Rooms are too small

Hotel charges $35 dollar per day resort fee, not included in Expedia rate. Hotel guest do not get entry preference to the club at the hotel. Rooms are very small and shower water was luke warm. Overall stay here was unremarkable. Nothing that would make me stay again.

I apologize that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. Our goal is for all of guests to leave with a strong sense of satisfaction, but it is apparent this was not the case for you. Resort fees are common practice not just at Delano, but at many resorts around the world. This fee is clearly advertised directly under the room rate on Expedia’s site before you select your room option. With regard to the size of our rooms we advertise our room details on our website, which include but are not limited to, square footage size and floor plans. I am terribly sorry if you were unable to view any of this information prior to you booking your reservation. With concern to the temperature of the water in your shower, getting your preferred temperature may be a bit difficult if you are unfamiliar with how the shower fixtures work. Had this issue been brought to our attention we are certain would have been able to resolve this in a matter of seconds. We wish you the best in all your future travels.

Pros: The lobby was very unique and the room was beautiful. The service was prompt, friendly and I would stay again.
Location: While here we definitely took advantage of the pool and beach club. We also took a day trip to Key West, did an Airboat ride and a Marlin's game
I received this hotel recommendation from my hair salon and booked through Expedia. Very pleased with the room, service etc. We stayed for 4 nights and it was an excellent mini vacation

it's a very nice hotel, I especially appreciated walkin closet, amboance at the poolside and beachside facilities was amazing,stuff very friendly
