Great location and easy access to the beach and pool. Walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. The only thing I disliked were the layouts and size of the rooms. They were very tight and awkward. Also, the pool area could have been a little bit cleaner. But overall a nice stay.

OUR BALCONY WITH AN OCEAN VIEW WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. ALL STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. RIGHT ON THE BEACH WITH TOWELS TO USE AND CHAIRS IF WE WANTED THEM. WONDERFUL PICNIC/COMFORT/POOL AREA. WOULD BE BACK IN HEARTBEAT!

I liked the location of the property. I liked the vibe of the property. The service was excellent as well as the food and drinks. My only suggestion is cleaning the air ducts, as our room was very musty, the odor was very strong, and the room temperature got uncomfortable, as it never cooled down below 74 in the room with adjusting the thermostat. Otherwise, great stay and would recommend the hotel.

I stayed here right after the new year (Jan 1st check-in). Aside from the location, im not sure i would stay here again. The City View/King Room was extremely small. 2 people with larger suitcases can barely walk around. The window curtain was stained, sheets on the bed had holes , beds have a top sheet, only a comforter. Bathroom was a decent size with dual sinks but the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, paint on the shelves was all bubbled and rusted/stained. The AC doesnt cool properly even at the lowest setting I booked through expedia & my main issue was the resort credit. It was for food/drinks but they didnt provide it, stated i had to contact expedia for the credit. They also charge you not 1 or 2 types of taxes but 4 so be prepared to pay a decent amount per day in just taxes. Ive stayed at Lowes nearby & didnt get charged all of those fees. Dont do the late checkout of $150, they will tax you on that as well which is insane! The beach area didnt have proper food/drink service due to staff call outs. You had to get up & get your own food/drink before it closed at 230pm. Frank was GREAT so the lack of service was not his fault he was left alone to do it all & its just not feasible for 1 person to handle all guests. I would think twice about staying here even as an Expedia VIP guest

The first room we were given had an issue with damp carpeting. It was so damp our socks were wet after just a few steps. The hotel was unable to switch us to a similar room (king bed, ocean view with balcony) and instead gave us a suite that while was nice and large, it felt like an unfinished air b and b. While we were ok taking this room bc the size was nice and furnishings were ok, we realized the bed frame was broken so the mattress sunk in the middle. We ended up leaving the hotel and booking elsewhere since we already saw the other two rooms the hotel had to offer. It was really disappointing since we had family friends who stayed recommended this hotel although one of them had a similar experience with damp carpet but was switched to a better room.
