"The property is beautiful, quiet and out of the way, but easily accessible to the town and Villa Romana del Casale. Rita & Louis were great hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The house, pool and gardens are stunning. Breakfast was fabulous! "

"The first thing to say is "WOW", what a great place to stay - the entire place was beautiful and was such a perfect stop on our trip to Sicilia. The room was so nice and comfortable we didn't want to leave. The food was incredible and the staff was just over the top awesome !!! We are very picky when we travel about cleanliness, value and customer service - we were so pleased that everything was even better than advertised - we will absolutely stay here again when we get the chance !!!! "The hotel owner, Guiliana was wonderful. She could not do enough to help us. The venue was in a very quiet and peaceful area and the facilities were clean and comfy and decorated with incredible Italian style. The food was simple but amazing and we had dinner at the sister Agritourism hotel which was an excellent meal. Would definitely return! "

"Fantastic staff, starting with the super Cinzia and the amazing Daniele, the resort’s master chef. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer and experience Saturday pizza night. Palazzolo itself is lovely and you are just a 45 minute drive through the lovely countryside to such towns as Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Siracusa."

"From the moment we arrived Morgan was there to help us, explained where to park, helped with our bags and showed us around when we arrived. The attention to detail in the decor was second to none. Extremely clean and spacious rooms. And a personalised breakfast. Also a very comfortable bed! Absolutely loved the decor throught!"
