Overall the unit was great, all amenities were offered and solid communication with the owner/host. It's at a great location. "This condo was perfect for our 6 day stay. Location was great for visits to Bullhead city, Laughlin, Oatman, lake havasu and more. Very clean with lots of extras, such as laundry needs, make up towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. The provided garbage bags, paper towels, etc. definitely recommend. "

"I enjoyed the location due to the distance to everything. The view was awesome from the 3rd floor balcony overlooking the river and mountains. Feeding the ducks and the birds from the balcony was enjoyable. Michelle was a great host that offered most anything to make our stay enjoyable.
