Perfect pool, lots of places to hang out as a group or on your own. Close to Aldi and also a huge store selling everything that you will ever need as well as bars and restaurants 10-15 minutes walk away, or a short drive into Alicante if you wanted to see more. Novadesta who arranged the meet and greet were very helpful and Martin was the perfect attentive host...

"Stayed at this blue top a few time as it’s my favourite for location for restaurants bars etc also the views are unbelievable from sun rise to sun set it’s always really clean and looked after. The host is fantastic if you ever need to communicate definitely recommend"

"Arrived in the dark & struggled to open the electric gate – fob in the key safe! The 24-hour WhatsApp didn’t respond for 12-hrs. Villa lovely, although had major issues - electricity blew multiple times/day for 5 days first week. No response from WhatsApp (no number to call) - host was quick with emails. Said to reset meters but wouldn’t work. One night, this stopped working & had electricity only for fridges & fans (few worked). No air con in August was uncomfortable. Asked for additional fans...

"We know Alicante well so knew what we were likely to expect. A really large garden beautifully maintained with multiple social and dining spaces is a very rare commodity. The house lies close to the branch train line and some people might find the noise intrusive. The house is old fashioned, which we liked, but in 7 days we hardly went inside except to sleep. We don't like air conditioning so we didn't mind that there wasn't any. It's really all about the outdoor spaces, and they were like sets...

"This villa is stunning, immaculately clean inside and out and well laid out for an extremely comfortable stay. It is also very well equipped! We were visiting Costa Blanca to look for a future holiday home and the location was perfect, nowhere was too far away. It is only a short distance from the airport, approx 10 mins, but we were not disturbed by air traffic noise at all. "Lovely villa, hosts Ruben & Katy were great. Our only comment about the Villa is, it would benefit from another two sunbeds. Ruben & Katy tried to source for us, but unfortunately they couldn't. Having a car would be advisable if anyone stays in Quesada, as there is no public transport. Well none that shows up. This is not a reflection on the Villa, just extra information. There is a couple of bars 2mins from the villa, and another three 10mins walk away. Centre of town is about a 15min walk,...

"Lovely villa, secure and quiet (some barely noticeable road noise). Well equipped, even a washing machine and dishwasher. Fabulous pool and plenty of seating, pool toys, etc available. Quite a few mosquitos in the evenings at this time of year (September). All in all a lovely property; would recommend."
