"My family of 9 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay at Collazzone the house suited our needs as there where 5 different family's and we all enjoyed the house and the grounds,the pool and hot tub and games room were all used at different times. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....
