“The food did not taste like authentic Jamaican cuisine. My first point of contact at the hotel was the receptionist, who did not speak any English and mentioned that he was from Cuba. Since I was visiting Jamaica, it would have been wonderful to be welcomed by someone who was Jamaican-born. It's understandable to have people from different countries working in Jamaica, and we are all one people, but I believe that the first point of contact and representation at a hotel in an English-speaking……

I ate at 9 out of 20 bars and restaurants within my 4 night stay. I received one of the best massages from their spa. Great resort! I will be returning!”

“The service I received was beyond outstanding, the staff are so attentive. The feeling of the property feels like home, the rooms are clean and spacious. Toni at guest services was the icing on the cake, when I told her it was my anniversary she set up a dinner for me and my husband that evening. Btw she can sing. The only little concern I had was the landscaping which they are currently working on. I am a really picky person and based on my OCD you won’t regret your stay here. Thank you Melia……
