“There was a virtual check in machine that was a terrible experience. I couldn’t hear what the screen was saying, the volume was too low and the person (?) on the screen could not make the volume louder. The lobby door was locked so I couldn’t access an actual live person. When a human came to assist the experience improved exponentially! The person was kind, friendly and helpful.”

“The Lux worked great for us. We had a pup with us, so they placed us near the exit. We liked the location. We spent 3 days exploring the area around Seneca and Cayuga Lake. It was comfortable. We liked that there was a restaurant attached where we ate dinner a couple nights. I will be passing through the area again in a week and am planning on staying there again.”
