“We love staying in this hotel. So easy to get to - close to Disneyland Paris and such an easy drive in. Room is spotless and the family rooms are huge! All the staff were so lovely, nothing too much trouble. Safe, convenient parking with a lift directly up to the rooms. We will definitely be returning. ”

“Room had a strange smell. The location is remote so the bus doesn't always stop near this location, only at certain times. You'll find yourself walking up to 40 mins to get the Chessy train station with luggage.”

“Uncomfortable small double bed, not a single English Channel , terrible breakfast, smelly towels , big party that went on till 3am, definitely not a 4 star hotel… I don’t recommend and I stayed there just for a night to rest”

“Sauna and steam room etc not included in the room price and needs to be booked separately. Arcade room for kids - you need to buy a separate card and pay credits into it to play the games. Indoor pool free to use and was great. Shuttle bus to Disneyland worked great but first bus was packed. Also check the timetable - there is breaks during the day. First day we drove to Disney from another destination, had I checked the shuttle bus timings we would have parked at the hotel and taken the……
