"We loved our stay at the Black Pearl and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to explore the mainland of Bora Bora besides just a resort experience. We saw eagle rays from our sun deck every morning, we used the kayak to paddle to the islands across, the location was super convenient, just a walking distance from trails around. The property manager helped us book an incredible snorkeling boat tour with a guide who picked us up right from our deck. Such a beautiful experience!"

"This over the water bungalow was so cool! It is a wonderful home, very spacious, great kitchen with all of the accessories and a beautiful view of the water. We especially enjoyed the porch where we ate our meals. Also having a washer and dryer to do laundry was a plus. Renting the car that is available through the VRBO was very convenient. The car was left in the ferry parking lot for us so no waiting in long lines to get the rental car. And leaving the car in the ferry parking lot when we were leaving Bora Bora was super convenient. The bungalow is a good ways from any restaurants or shopping so the car was essential for us. The only down side to this particular bungalow is that there is only air conditioning in the bedroom/bathroom. We vacationed in Bora Bora in January, which is their summer, so it was hot and humid while we were there. The bedroom was nice and cool, but it was very uncomfortable (sticky and muggy) in the main living area and kitchen. I think this would only be a problem during their summer months. Otherwise this was a wonderful place to spend a week in Bora Bora."

"We had a fantastic stay at Bungalow #1. What a wonderful experience to be able to wake up in the morning, walk out on the front porch, and see all the fish, eagle rays, and beautiful blue water Bora Bora has to offer. Property was well kept and had the essentials needed for preparing meals there. We felt very secure at the property and didn't have any concerns about safety. The swim platform was outstanding as we did a lot of snorkeling around the area. The property manager Nir, was a super nice guy, and very helpful and insightful picked us up promptly from the ferry and returned us promptly to the ferry when it was time to leave! You will want a car if staying here as its about halfway to Vaitape either direction you go around the island, but doesn't take long by car and it's a beautiful drive."
