Great service & clean. Good breakfast. Ths only thing I recommend is flavored cream at the coffee bar in the morning. French vanilla & hazelnut for example.

Great venue once we found it. Only signage was on 96. Davis Rd. was hard to find. Desk staff and room was great.

We had 3 adults and one four year old so the 2 queen beds and pullout sofa worked well. Having lot a of space for toys as well as refrigerator and microwave was perfect. The pool also provided a fun family activity. The hot breakfast was exceptional with lots of healthy options and really great variety.

The room was very clean and spacious. Front desk was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This is a comfortable hotel with up to date looking rooms and amenities. The staff is friendly and keeps the place very clean. The breakfast selection is above average, including hot items like eggs, bacon, sausage, and a pancake machine! The location is near fast food, grocery stores, and close to downtown Hastings. We slept well on comfortable beds and enjoyed the pool. Our room also had a mini fridge and a nice TV.

The only negative is there's no in room microwave that's at least a half star deduction.

My husband and I booked this property and came in late with our baby. After we checked in we realized we forgot milk for our son. Henrietta was more than helpful. She acted as if she was a Grandma for our son. She got us a cup of milk so we wouldn’t have to go back out. We went up to our room when we realized we left his bedding in a bag at home, we came down to ask for some sheets for his pack and play when she gave us clean children’s bedding. I had a 5-night stay that was made very pleasant by Maddie (sp?) who offered to make me fresh coffee when I checked out at 4:30 am, and always had a positive attitude with any of my asks. This place is situated in between many farms and corn fields, at a truck stop, so the smell was very strong when it came in on the wind. There were times it didn't smell, too, so it's weather-based. This hotel is exceptionally clean, well kept up and has everything you would need. Our room was spotless, we had an extra blanket in the closet if we needed it, plenty of towels, plenty of pillows, and did I mention how clean it was? Water pressure in the shower was good, bathroom was spotless and the provided toiletries were high quality. Front desk staff was welcoming and very quick to get us checked in/out. We stayed for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. Staff was very nice; breakfast daily was very good and the breakfast serving staff very police and cheerful! The complimentary cookies/sweets in the lobby at night was a nice touch which my husband and daughter enjoyed!

Mr. Willis the gentleman who checked us in was so wonderful to work with!

Cleanliness, quiet, easy access to expressway. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! Air didn’t work in one of our rooms.
