citizenM Seattle South Lake Union
"We did run into a little trouble. Check in was at 2pm. We were unable to get into our room until 3:15pm. When we did get into the room the housekeeper left the windex in the floor, the dirty towels in the floor under the sink. They also did not empty the trash can and did not give us any towels for the night. I know they said they were backed up but you would have thought that with it being that late that we would have had a complete room. The people that checked us in was really polite and tried to help. They offered a couple of free drinks."

"Great location walkable to the pier space needle"

"The entire staff was so very helpful, kind, and warm. Made for a very excellent time away from home for my family."
