Since it was a small wedding, no hotel blocks had been set aside, and by the time I got around to booking, they were either full or super expensive. Then I found this place, and it was better than a hotel! We had three couples, so the three bedrooms and three bathrooms were ideal. Fantastic location - safe and quiet neighborhood (feels very tucked away, we saw deer in the backyard and took peaceful walk/run around the area), close enough to walk to a restaurants/7-11, and close to the highway to travel in to the city! Great communication from Michael, very responsive. Layout was great for 3 families with spacious rooms, private bathrooms, and open layout. Very pleased with our visit!"

"The townhouse was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and dining. There were extra touches to make it a pet friendly stay. The only downside is the noise from the traffic but the townhouse is located close to stores, restaurants and access to the tollway."

"Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely."
