“I called the property on the day as i realised i hadnt checked mobility. Honestly the owner could not have been more helpful.
Is the hotel dated yes but it is clean and felt safe and secure.
The owner and staff were super freindly, super helpful and i would definitely stay again. ”

“Absolutely would not recommend. I arrived late at night with a confirmed booking and was then told over WhatsApp that I needed to send an extra £50 deposit plus around £40 in fees before they would even let me into the property. None of this was clearly stated on the booking site beforehand.
What made it worse was that they refused to let me come inside and pay there. As a solo female traveller, being left outside at night in the cold being asked to transfer money over WhatsApp felt extremely……

“The staff were cordial. The breakfast was ok, a standard British breakfast. The room smelled terribly musty, especially in the bathroom. The small electric fan was filthy. We stayed for a week and they never serviced or cleaned our room. We had to ask for clean towels. I won’t stay there again. ”
