“Bitten by bed bugs . Mattress was invested ! How this was missed by cleaning staff is totally unacceptable. Staff at reception were helpful in moving us to a different room for second night although bed was clean the bath room had an unacceptable odour made worse when having a shower. Staff gave us plastic bags to put our clothes to avoid possible transmission of bugs to car and home as my husband has stage four cancer and I have compromised immunity . Whole experience was horrendous.”

“The staff were cordial. The breakfast was ok, a standard British breakfast. The room smelled terribly musty, especially in the bathroom. The small electric fan was filthy. We stayed for a week and they never serviced or cleaned our room. We had to ask for clean towels. I won’t stay there again. ”

“Excellent accommodation and very welcoming apartment! Loved the aesthetics and the white color around. Extremely clean place.Highly recommend this property! We unfortunately lost our key to the apt on the last day of check out and the receptionist was so understanding and kind about it. Really appreciate the help!”
