“When we arrived, we were given a studio room instead of the one-bedroom apartment I had booked. The receptionist told us to contact the booking platform. “I recently stayed at The Brondesbury near a month.
Positive side
- Offers some excellent free amenities
- Daily free coffee before 9:30 am was a nice perk, and having access to a free cinema room and gym was a great bonus
- Location of the hotel is also convenient, and the kitchen facilities were good, providing a full set of cooking equipment. However, notice a lingering strong curry/masala smell inside the microwave-oven.
