“The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended for us. The rooms and restaurant feel very dated, and the amenities don’t match the price. Our room didn’t even have a refrigerator, so any drinks or food we brought with us stayed warm, and the shower knobs barely worked. “Our stay at The Oaks exceeded our expectations. It was recommended to us by a family friend. All staff were very informative and helpful. We will definitely make it a point to return. ”

“We must have been in the oldest room. Carpet that needed replacing, weird angle in the room, bathroom that also had weird angle near toilet and not long enough shower pane. The air up to the 3rd floor was broken so it was brutal walking up to the top. It's not up the hype. We will not be back. We still paid a lot of money to stay here and it was not up to standard.”

“My stay at Sandaway was totally awesome. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing vacation this is the place for you. My favorite part is the beach view. Sitting by the beach and hearing the sound of the waves and the birds and watching the wanter was heavenly. The staff were friendly, helpful and respectful. I needed assistance with my AC and they came in immediately and helped me with it. Having a pot of coffee at my door with a bag of goodies was a special treat.”
