“Charming older motel spruced up, by the river up canyon from Boulder, convenient parking outside, nice hot tub next to river. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. My only complaint was that the walls are thin, but it goes with the territory.”

“If you want a luxury place to stay this isn't it. It is basic but everything I needed was in stock. I did have a problem with the door lock, so I contacted Rex. He was very hospitable and his handyman came over within an hour or so and replaced the lock with a new one. For me this is all about location, location and location. This was my 2nd stay and I will book again.”

“What a beautiful home and a wonderful host! We had a girls weekend in the mountains and this home was very accommodating. Ali is a great host and responds quickly if you have any questions. This home comes highly recommended.”

“Check in was easy and everything went smooth. House was ready and everything was in place for arrival. We really love to view and everyone was happy with each of their individual beds”

“The host were welcoming and responsive. The house was perfect”
