“Where do I even begin? My family of 4 fell in love with this spectacular 21 apartment style room boutique hotel! We immediately noticed how clean it smelt and how spotless & bright everything was! The level of cleanliness at The Courier Hotel far exceeded all hotels we've ever been in! All the staff was so helpful and friendly, it was like I was catching up with old friends even though we just met. Everything we needed was already there in the room. “Everything was lovely. Great owners. Be aware that Salem does not allow for inns to cook full breakfasts for guests. If you are allergic to or sensitive to cats, be aware that the owners have several cats.”
“A lovely hotel would stay again. So charming a very well decorated. The walls are from the 18th century’s so you can hear traffic. We had no issue with it at all. There was a French press in the room which was lovely. The issue was no actual coffee to put in it
The pulllout bed was sloped. Probably better to put it on the floor.

“The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. ”

“Charming place. Room was small but so warm and cozy. I inadvertently booked an accessible room, so loved the fact that there was a chair in the shower to put my foot on while leg shaving. (Every hotel room in America should have at least a ledge of some kind for this!) Like most of the places we’ve been staying, the Internet was crap. But loved our stay here.”
