“I LOVED the Salem Inn. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was such an amazing addition and the staff were friendly and helpful. The witches brew coffee was a fun way to start a day in Salem. I stayed in the Curwen House and it had a sherry nightcap available every evening - which was such a cute and fun touch. The location is perfect because it is right downtown, without being on top of the action - so you can walk 5 minutes but still have your quiet room at……

“The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. ”

“It was a unique hotel. We stayed on the bottom floor and it was SO quiet. If I were to come to Boston again, I would stay here. It is on the heart of everything.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the cove very much. The unit was about as big as my home studio apartment. 2 queen beds in a separate bedroom and another queen fold out in the living area. The bathroom was also spacious and well lit. The kitchenette was great but would be even better if a small microwave was added. The community microwave in the “play room” was better than nothing but a wee bit of a distance for us. The ice machine worked once in the 5 days we stayed. Bought bags of ice at the liquor……
