“the first night was great and i paid online the second night to get my points on the app and i thought it would be cheaper and then the guy told me that i reserved the wrong room so i asked if i could just pay the difference thinking it would be less than $10, but the guy charged me $54 something abt an early check in, like what? i was alr there, why would i need to check in??? but being that it was my mistake thinking that these hotels were happy abt participating in these hotel apps, they get……

“Room was clean breakfast was good. It was a quiet place to stay. You can hear the traffic but they provided a noise machine to sleep with so we didn’t notice any traffic noise at night. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“loved the place and area, only issue was it did seem like it wasn’t properly cleaned before we arrived and found someone’s socks under the pull out couch. But overall everything else was great! ”

“Room was clean and comfortable and the front desk person was super helpful! I somehow had booked our 2 rooms for the previous night and they worked some magic and got us in to the rooms for the day we arrived without making us pay for the previous night. Very helpful front desk people! ”
