“It would be ideal if they provided the hotel password, and that they put soap, shampoo and conditioner I stayed for a week 😩 and there was no refill of the aforementioned.”

“The staff was unhelpful when my car was broken into; they would not assist in getting the number to the of or offer a garbage bag for the mess I was left with in the parking lot. Several other cars were broken into as well and the staff offered them no assistance. I understand from the police and the car rental company that this is a regular occurrence at this location. I will never stay at a La Quinta again because of the lack of any assistance or even concern for the safety of their customers.……

“There was no parking other than valet, but it's located next to a pay lot. They let me park in the garage anyway since there were so few patrons - I stayed after they had only been open 2 days. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 for the staff as a few people didn't have answers to some basic questions. I did run into the Chief Engineer as well as the Sales Director and both were beyond friendly, professional and interested in nothing but my quality of stay & how to improve the hotel. The……

“This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. ”

“The repair of the room was not good. Our room door was jacked, we could see light around the entire perimeter and the folding security latch was loosely hanging by two screws. Not the best!”

During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……
