“I would not recommend staying here!! When we checked in, the cabin smelled strongly of dust. There were cobwebs everywhere, dead bugs throughout the cabin, and when I opened the oven door, the entire front panel fell off onto my foot. It was also covered in a sticky residue. I went to the front desk and asked to switch cabins. The employee didn't apologize or seem concerned she handed me keys to another cabin. “Omgoodness this place is absolutely amazing!!! We went for a spiritual journey and it was perfect!! The lake & water fall creek with seats sitting in the water was perfect for my reading and meditating. It is absolutely beautiful!!! They had a concert Saturday night, we didn't go to the actual concert but was right beside it and they were fabulous!! Great place to stay! We will definitely return. “On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Apart from this incident, the stay was okay.”

During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. “The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view. “Rating is a C+ Biggest problem- Poison Ivy on the parking lot islands. It’s growing between the landscaping rocks. I overheard another guest in the lot trying to pull her dog away from it and was shocked when I walked around to the front of my car and saw just how spread out it was.
