“The apartment is amazing and it’s the perfect location. Giving it a four because I tried to reach out prior to our stay about leaving our bags early. There was no response. Also, we were notified upon arrival that there would be no hot water for the entirety of our stay, without any advance warning. ”

“Honestly I would stay here again , location is EVERYTHING in NYC and this location is pretty much perfect . You’re between broadway and 5th ave! About a 10 or 15 minute walk to Times Square. You also have the 34 st herald square subway station a couple of blocks away for easy access to anywhere in the city! It’s a really small apartment room but honestly that’s expected in NYC. The only thing I will say is that I really do recommend they get new towels, that’s my only complaint. Towels were all……

"I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped."
