The check in staff was pleasant. The rooms are behind a locked gate. The room was clean with pleasant sheets and bed cover. The bathroom was updated with a nice counter. The parking is on the street outside the hotel. There is a bit of noise all night of people coming in and talking. The staff is sensational and personable. I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. The location was great for me personally. I didnt want to be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle but over the weekend, it did get very lively in the neighborhood. I was able to get on the Le Pass app and purchased the $6 day pass for each day to catch busses and the trolly towards Jackson Square. My room didnt have a window, but this really didn't bother me. My room also didnt have any above head lights that worked. So my shower was a dark experience but again, wasnt really too big of a deal, just inconvenient.
