“Host was very responsive to questions. Unit was clean and spacious enough for two. Very clean and close to Iona University where we were visiting!! Cute! I would recommend it and stay again if needed.”

“Staff was helpful but hot water two out of three days, breakfast area was a mess, no plates for long enough that folks lined-up asking for plates, poor selection of bread (no bread, just bagels) premade packs of sandwich, muffins in breakfast not very palatable...”

“Rooftop was dirty looked better in pictures. Front desk is not very helpful when you need anything they have to put in requests. The cleaning people never knock they walk right in without even saying anything. The phone number is disconnected so you cannot call them with any requests or problems. Too unorganized. They charge almost the fee of an extra night for late check out.”

“Actually awful they charge a secret secret property fee, the ceilings are peeling the bathrooms are molding the closet smelled like mildew the only reason I stayed there is because it looked cute and historic that does not mean poorly maintained. Also the extra property fee they don’t tell you about that seems to be charged as a holding fee but it’s not they say it’s in the super fine print I don’t see anywhere on expedias end about this fee. So no matter what a fee should not be disclosed after……
