"Most of the staff was very friendly and courteous. Everything was easily accessible. However it was difficult to get a drink at the bar in the lobby while Robert was on. He seemed to get flustered when the bar had a few people. Overall a great, memorable experience. "

"The room was excellent! Very clean. Towels and sheets. It was quiet. The room overlooks a nice clean pond. Parking lot is secure. I may have gone at a bad time. Everyone was leaving at the front desk. I got checked in though and it was no problem. Very smooth transition. "

"I stayed here for two weeks. Very nice place to stay. Whether you're there to be close to the casino action, or staying for work like I did, the rooms are very accommodating. The room layouts are very nice, furniture was comfortable. Some things to note: the mini fridges do not have a freezer. Not a big deal to most, but I wanted to keep my ice packs frozen and I couldn't. Also, there are no microwaves in the rooms. Don't bother taking leftovers back to the room, you can't reheat them. The televisions are not smart-TVs. There are no movie apps; you're stuck with whatever is on cable. Cell phone service is non-existent inside the casino, so don't plan on streaming from your devices or making phone calls either. There is no complimentary breakfast like most hotels. Customer service was hit-or-miss, which is par for the course in this area. The majority of the staff were incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. There were a few, however, with the tact of a cockroach. None of those things are huge, but I like to share all the details. Overall, the experience was really great as long as you know what you're getting. For me, I would love to see television upgrades and a microwave in the room to be a 10/10. "
