“Staff entered my room while my belongings were still inside, removed my items, placed them into bags, and gave the room away. I had spoken with the front desk earlier that morning, and after a long workday I came back to find my room no longer available and my belongings handled by staff.
This was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. A hotel should not remove a guest’s personal property and give away the room without properly resolving the situation first. I would not stay here again.”
