“My room's exterior wall was full length glass and had to run electric heater full on to warm up the room which is a fair size. It is early spring, I had to move rooms because heater willl take too long, the 2nd room was better since it is slightly smaller, and smaller amount of windows. It has a kitchen with microwave, an air fryer, a hot plate would be handy. Appliances and kitchen ware are new and washed. However, parking lot is limited and street parking will have to be utilized during the……

“The washroom was a problem. There is a need to clean the washroom and it was never mentioned while booking that the washroom was share with many other people.”

“Friendly staff. More like an expensive budget motel. Smells musty throughout halls and room, like there's no air circulation. We had to keep the window open the whole time in our room to stand it. Floors desperately need to be washed in room. They were really dirty. Bed was comfortable. Parking is free. I wouldn't stay here again. ”

“Brand new hotel in City Centre Surrey, close to Surrey Memorial Hospital, Guildford Mall, and easy access to the highway. It was clean and high quality because it was new. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, they said every 3 days, but you can request it. Buffet breakfast was decent (the usual with scrambled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, toast/bagel, cereals, etc). Gym was good, beautiful views. Rooftop patio was beautiful with the fire on at night.”

“This isn't a hotel; it’s just a residential house. After following the GPS through several turns to get here, I was greeted by nothing more than a large private home. I double-checked the address sent by Expedia—it matched perfectly. I had no choice but to get out and check the front door, and sure enough, this was the place. I feel completely fooled and scammed. Charging over **$140** for a tiny **80 sq. ft.** room with a **shared bathroom** is ridiculous. Please look closely at the details……
