I booked the hotel for 2 nights and didn’t even stay a full night. I checked out early. There were water bugs in the bathrooms. There were no towels or hand rags at all. The bed had hair and stains on it. The hotel room didn’t appear clear at all.

There's no parking lot, only street parking. The hot water didn't work. The elevator is sometimish, the stair case is dark. I saw roaches in my room. There's more, but just avoid this place.

This property need to be up graded the phone was not working, the furniture was all ripped up the sheet and the curtains has cigarettes burnt, I would not recommend anyone to go stay there .this hotel has ruined my vacation, terribly, false advertisement

I did not even check in or out of this hotel. I don’t recommend staying at this place as it is not in an area for tourists. Very unsafe as there were people standing around and police blocking the roads. It’s looked so dangerous and run down. These pics are not what it looks like. Outside at night looks scary. I did not feel safe even driving by this place. They don not refund your money either. Tried to call the hotel and they don’t answer. Please if you have a family do NOT book here !!!

The online pics were a flat out lie. The room had a hole in the wall which was covered up with the bed. The lamp by the bed did not have a bulb. I looked out the window and it looked like a crime scene outside in the courtyard. The recliner in the room had familiar stains on it. The bedspread had visible holes in it and looked like it was from 1985. The door didn’t a security latch on it. And to top it all off, I was ironing a shirt a pregnant roach crawled by on the dresser. Drug boys hanging outside. There was a police blockade every night. This place is in a bad neighborhood and the place is complete trash. I will never stay here again.

I travel alot but this is the worst environment I ever been to my first time traveling to New York I enjoy the city but Mint hotel made me never want to come back the most disgusting place I ever been to I rather slept on the side walk before I sleep there!! there price was to high for a filthy hotel on the wibe site it seems like your interning a beautiful hotel but when you get there it's worst than garbage roaches all over your room like they are your neighbours I rather did slept by the airport if I knew that place was like that never again will i go there and poor housekeeping service and area is not safe at all

ok, me gusto los deli grill que estaban alrededor, y no me gusto el hotel siempre huele mal todo el tiempo, las habitaciones tienen ciertos detalles, el parqueo del hotel es pesimo, las areas de alrededor del hotel siempre habian personas buscando problemas, en general no me vuelvo a hospedar en este hotel

During my stay at this hotel upon coming to my room the staff had another person in my room with my personal property. The bed Sheets had to be changed and this other person who has a key card they didn't turn in since "Friday" reactivated the card with one of the staff members to the room without there ID being checked. So that deemed it unsafe anything could have happened. The staff told us that the manager will be there in the morning for checkout but was gone and did not try and fix anything, the other staff in the morning refused to let me speak with the manager. This is unacceptable and a danger to people.
