“Beware of the hidden fees that they claim to tell you about but they don’t mention until you’re checking out. It’s $32 a night for taxes on top of what you’ve already paid. Also there was only hot water 2 of our 5 days staying here. It just didn’t get warm no matter what we did. The room is obviously small (it’s NY) but the queen bed was up against the wall so I had to climb over to get into bed and there was no power on that side so that was annoying. There’s barely any room for anything so……

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
