"We booked 2 queen bed. They gave one bed. We booked premium suite. They gave a regular one. The room has a bad smell. Breakfast is very simple and constantly run out of food. Not recommended."

"As soon as i walked in to the room it smelled horrible… like it hadnt been clean in a while like moth balls etc… the toilet seat kept coming off… there was always people arguing outside even cops showed up.. always making loud noises or being too loud late at night.. i had no other option but to stay cuz of my job being to close to that hotel… i wouldnt stay there again.. plus online when i booked it said complimentary breakfast included and when in the hotel they said no… "

"My sheets were not changed towels not taken out. I had to take the towels and put it outside."

"Hotel needs update, bedding was old and not nice. Carpet and quality of the room wasn’t pleasant. I’ve stayed in few other hotels from the same group and they were better."

"Room was clean. When you flushed the toilet it made a horrible screeching sound that lasted 30 seconds. You could hear it outside. I do not believe it was just our toilet."

"The room was clean and very nice. Hotel staff that handled check in was friendly and quick. The only negative experience was at check out. The staff that helped with check out seemed annoyed when I approached the counter, but they did handle my check out quickly, just not very friendly. I would still book a room here again. "
