The Ashley is a one bedroom townhome surrounded by the beautiful architecture & lush landscape of the Mixson community in North Charleston. With one dedicated off-street parking space, The Ashley will provide you with quick driving access to Park Circle and the Charleston area overall as well as easy walkability to local shops, markets & restaurants. Great for stays related to work or play, The Ashley is a 5 minute drive to the Park Circle shops & restaurants, 12 minute drive to the airport, a 20 minute drive to the new Aquatic Center, a 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston and a 30 minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean beaches on Sullivan's Island or Isle of Palms. This home oozes with character & charm and serves as a terrific home base from which you can launch your Charleston adventures.

Property is fine. Not happy that our son could not get ready with his father on his wedding day due to the 2 occupancy rule (this does not just mean sleeping there)They would not make an exception. Very disappointed .

Cute but could be better
Cute location right across from a pool club with a cafe. The a/c broke during our stay in April and the unit reached 90° F. The a/c and heating seems to be inefficient with a lot of people having problems. The vents and some of the features were old and could be updated. I would recommend this location, but not this unit. It’s managed by a property company and not individuals.

It was clean and in a cute little village but not in a great location. A poorer neighborhood with very few restaurants nearby. Pretty close access to everything we wanted to do in Charleston.

The Ashley was nice. Everything we needed was accessible. The home was very clean ,tastefully decorated and updated. We were only a short driving distance to downtown Charleston, Shem's Creek, and other attractions. Top Golf and the Tanger Outlets were very close to the Ashley. Great visit!!!

Internet was spotty at best(even after they came to fix it), only one person could take a hot shower, tv did not work upstairs, the mattress was uncomfortable and sitting on a box, needs a good cleaning and the property needs a facelift
