***We have made the switch to Sunday to Sunday rentals. Saturdays are extremely chaotic for everyone. Traffic is a nightmare, grocery stores are packed, and cleaning companies are overbooked. All in all, we believe Sunday to Sunday rentals will provide a better rental experience.***

Welcome to our spacious and bright end unit Condo in lovely Cherry Grove located on the 11th floor. This is our second home and we treat it with care. You will enjoy a professionally decorated unit that has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with views of the beach or the marsh from every room. Our condo has been updated with custom kitchen cabinets, quartz kitchen countertops, plank style flooring, stainless style appliances, and a deep farm style sink.

The condo features a large oceanfront master suite with a king bed and private bathroom (including a double vanity sink, garden tub and separate shower). The condo also includes a junior-suite with a queen bed and attached private bathroom. In addition, there are two other comfortable guestrooms that share a “jack and jill bathroom,” one with a queen bed, and the other that conveniently contains two twin beds. The entire unit is approximately 1700 square feet and also includes a 27 foot balcony outfitted with upgraded, cushioned furniture for those many hours spent outside taking in the stunning view of the ocean and the relaxing sea breeze. There are two sliding doors to access the balcony—one from the living room and one from the master bedroom. You will enjoy the spectacular views of the sunrise and beach from the balcony as well as from the many windows in this corner unit.

The centrally located living room comfortably seats many guests looking to either relax or entertain. With its open access to the kitchen/dining area and its million-dollar views, you will feel both 'right at home' yet 'on-vacation'! This unit comes with a fully furnished kitchen and a full-sized washer and dryer. There is also a breakfast bar and dining area so you can enjoy meals inside if you choose not to dine on the balcony. Linens and departure cleaning are included with your rental price along with the fastest hi-speed wireless broad band available (up to 400 Mbps download speeds). You will also have access to two assigned covered parking spaces in the most convenient location in the building (ground floor next to the elevators). ***Note that there is no overflow parking in the building. If you are bringing more than two cars, you will need to make other arrangements for overnight parking.***

Sunrise Pointe is located on a peninsula in the quiet Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. The beach is not crowded, yet does have a life guard during peak season. The complex itself is small (only 72 units) but includes a regular pool, lazy river, heated pool and kiddie pool. There is also a convenient area to wash off when returning from the beach or swimming in the pool along with a ground floor restroom. It is the perfect place to feel like you are away from it all while being only a short drive from many of the main attractions and world class golf in the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. We love to visit our second home and believe that you will love it too!

Great week spent at Cherry Grove Beach!

Enjoyed our stay for the week of the 4th. The condo was very nice with excellent views of the beach. Pools are small but we still enjoyed them. Overall cleanliness of the condo has room for improvement but we would for sure stay again.

Cherry Grove condo

Very spacious 4 bed/3 bath oceanfront condo in Cherry Grove Beach was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Rich was very helpful with a couple issues that came up but took care of them promptly and was very good on communication. Condo was very well stocked with everything you need. We have stayed at many in the area over the years and most say they are but are not. You could not ask for a better location and the view from the 11th floor is spectacular. We will be staying here again in the future!

Really nice Condo on the beach. The entire place was very clean. Master bathroom is a little dated compared to the other bathrooms and dim, but honestly that doesn’t impact my overall rating. Owners gave very detailed information and the experience was awesome. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay when vacationing in North Myrtle Beach.

Perfect Family Stay with an Amazing Ocean View!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The view of the ocean was stunning, and we especially appreciated the short walkway to the beach—perfect for our young kids and older parents with elevators. The bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was updated and well-equipped.The Cherry Grove location was ideal—peaceful and less crowded than central Myrtle, but still just a quick 15–20 minute drive to all the attractions. The condo complex was very family-friendly. The view from the balcony can't be beat!A huge bonus was the IGA grocery store just down the street—we grabbed everything from dinner, beach toys, fresh bakery items and ice cream from the Dairy Hut. Truly, it had everything we needed without leaving the area. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing beach getaway! We would definitely stay at this beach again with this condo! My Group: My self and Husband/ My Kids (age 8 and 4)/My Parents both in their late 60s.

Loved our family beach house

Sunrise Pointe 11H was a wonderful place to stay. We loved the location, balcony, rooms and communication with our hosts. Our family enjoyed the large table to eat together and the ocean views were amazing!! The outside property was cleaned each evening and morning I would recommend staying here! The only thing we didn’t like was the inside cleaning providers. When we arrived the condo floors were not cleaned except for the main walking path and the kitchen cabinets were splattered.

Our family get away

We have been coming here for years and have always loved it.Just finished up with storm Debby. A lot of quality family time. Sunday to Sunday is the only way I will reserve a vacation rental again. Cut 2 hours off of our travel time.

Great condo in NM

Nice condo? Great beds and wonderful owner to work with! Located very north so less people and beach not as crowded! Easy to get in restaurants with reservations. Glad to have pack and play and high chair for grand child!

This is good for a single family, but not for a group of adults

Accomodations were OK. Good location. Things are a bit out-dated/worn, but everything worked. Limited kitchen/cookware. The biggest drawback is there are only 2 parking spots for a 4 bedroom condo and we did not learn that until the week before (we had four cars). There was no assistance as to where to find available overnight parking. In asking around, rental companies provide overflow parking, but nothing like that was available here. Didn't use the pools as they are small.

Great Location - Nice Place - Could Be Great

This is a nice place at a GREAT LOCATION on a relatively quiet section of Cherry Grove Beach. Also, the two lower level parking spots that come with the room are wonderful, though you'll have a hard time getting a large vehicle in and out of them. The place itself is nice, but could be better with just a few upgrades. It's just a lot of little things - there's no overhead light in the master bedroom. There's no ceiling fan in the room with double beds which is a bummer because the A/C doesn't work very good in that room. The showers could stand to be replaced, especially the one off the queen bedroom. Pest control probably needs to come by and treat the place, though pests were not a major problem. The TV system could use an upgrade as one of the cable boxes did not work during our stay. The place could also use more electrical outlets - you can tell that none have been added in a while. Overall, it's a nice place at a great location that could use some 21st century upgrades. Investing about $10,000 in this place could make it much nicer. But even without any upgrades, it's still a good value.

Location location location!!!

Great location and views that are just priceless. Condo is very spacious and equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. We did run into one issue that the owner immediately took care of during our stay. He is very prompt and responsive I highly recommend him. The condo even had an additional ice maker that was perfect for us. The other great thing is the Sunday to Sunday booking. No traffic no delays so totally worth it versus Saturday to Saturday rental.

The View

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. The view was amazing. We had plenty of space for 7 of us. We ran into some issues and the owners contacted us right away. We would definitely book again and hope it’s available for the same week next year.

September vaca

In all the condo was nice. I am one of the few that exist (smoker) and was not aware of the fact that the property was a smoke free building (the rental agreement just said no smoking inside) . I don't even smoke in my own home but didn't need the next door neighbor yelling at me for smoking on the balcony. Other than that would definitely recommend. Kitchen was well equipped, ice maker didn't keep up though.
