“Everything looked excellent if not for the horrible smoking odor. Just as I requested, I was told at checkin that I was assigned a no smoking room. But alas for the heavy smoke smell. It was so strong that I had to protect myself with masks. By the time of my departure after just one night, my devices and items wore terrible smelling. At checkout I reported the horrible smoking issues and was told that it must have been the last user. I wonder why the room was not inspected prior to assigning……

“This was my second time attempting to stay at this hotel, and I had previously stayed here for a period of time, so I had a certain level of trust in this property. However, this experience was very disappointing. Due to a necessary name correction on the reservation, Expedia assisted in updating the guest name, and I presented the updated information to the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, due to a system synchronization delay on the hotel’s side, the updated information was not visible……

“Room stunk of cigarettes although the listing says no smoking permitted. When mentioned to staff there was no accommodations made even when I stated it was causing my asthma’s attacks. Listing stated there is parking but the lot fills up at night when mentioned to staff i had no parking I was told it was my problem. Heavy prostitution going on in this area. I do not recommend. No fridge no microwave. Save your time and money.”
