“1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. They recently remodels all the rooms but cheaped out on the bed. 2: There is a ton of noise from cars and pedestrians nearly around the clock, and the walls are paper thin. “Good Staff was very attentive. Checking experience was great. Checkout experience was great. Not so great It’s an older hotel. It was clean but my room did smell like cigarettes. It bothered me but not my wife so other people might not notice. There were little things like rust on the door frame and scratches on the desk. Not enough to detract from the room but noticeable.”
