The boutique feel really comes through, everything feels intentional, from the cute decor to the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room was equipped with a fireplace which was welcoming in this cold weather. Service was friendly. Star was working the front desk and she was very personable and very helpful, which I appreciated. We enjoyed the their artisan breakfast the morning……

“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……
