"Not great value for the price. The hotel had clearly been recently redone in some areas, so parts of it looked very nice aesthetically, but a lot of things didn’t feel very functional. The marble shower, updated sinks, and small kitchenette in the room were beautiful, and the bed was comfortable with a nice TV setup. The biggest issue was the toilet constantly clogging and barely flushing, which was honestly pretty gross. Thankfully we only stayed one night. The staff was super kind, and the lobby looked nicely renovated, but beyond that the property still felt quite dated. The hallways were dingy, there was no pool, and the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy with not much around. There was also some kind of orange liquid/stain on the lampshade, which made the room not feel as clean as it should have been. Overall it was a fine stay for one night, but definitely not worth the price we paid, and there are some maintenance and cleanliness issues that I think need to be addressed!"

"The staff were great! Friendly, helpful and welcoming. Served up a good drink and crepe for dinner. The room was clean, and even the hide-a-bed was comfortable. As the weekend came, they were almost full, but it was still pretty quiet. Older style, but room worked well. Walking distance to beach and all the shops. "

"Clean, cost efficient, no frills room. No coffee pot in room which took us by surprise. Close to the docks to meet your charter. Would stay again. "

"The gentleman at the front desk that checked us in was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and well appointed. It had a great shower and the towels were fluffy. The only downsides were the fireplace was out of order and whoever did their remodeling was not very detail oriented. The laminate flooring was not fitted well and the plug in plate that did not cover the hole in the wall were just a few things we noticed. We have stayed at this property before and will stay again based on the cleanliness, staff, and location."

"No smoke detector in room, no way to lock door while inside room, floors severely damaged (tripping hazard). Bathroom water damaged and unsanitary. Did not feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. Requested refund for second night and checked out early!"

"The check in process was fine. Got the key from the main office and drove to the cabins. Once we got in though we discovered the toilet didn’t flush and was unusable. I called back to the office and was told they’d send someone out. While waiting for that we went out to dinner and coming back a few hours later nobody had come and we had to spend the night with no toilet. Luckily there was a park bathroom nearby. The next day I called all the phone numbers I could find for the property multiple times with no answer. Eventually the person that checked us in answered and apologized. He sent someone out to look at the toilet but they weren’t able to fix it. For our second night we were moved to a sister property which was a decent place to stay and were told our whole stay would be refunded. That customer service really turned our stay around and we were happy. Unfortunately the refund hasn’t come even after asking about it twice. "

"Pet friendly room smelled and carpet was covered with stains. Attempting to check in BEFORE 5 pm, lobby door was locked, got voicemail on all phone numbers called, never received check-in instructions via text. Finally, the desk clerk unlocked the lobby door stating she was busy with an IT issue but made me continue to wait to receive room code. She then stated that because I booked via Expedia she did not have my phone number to contact me...hmmmm"
