“Perfect place. I felt at home in this beautiful Japanese house. They should be charging more for this, is such good place.”

“Excellent location, accessible to shops and restaurants. It’s got a lift for visitors with luggages to easily reach the hotel entrance from the lower ground. Hotel is well maintained and room is spacious. However, the outdoor onsen of the male side was closed on our day of visit. We asked if we could pay to use the private onsen, the front staff just said “no” and didn’t explain why. But other than that, our stay is wonderful. The kaiseki dinner and the breakfast buffet were both nice.”

“Great place, clean, but nothing to sit and relax to watch TV etc. Would have been nice to find some tea, sugar etc and a kettle to start the day. ”

“No WiFi connection provided, I stayed two nights. Only one small & middle size towels provided for private onsen bath which is not enough. The facilities were clean and nice. Staff services were considered helpful.”

“It's an amazing experience in the hotel. Huge space for family even with 10 people. I was so surprised by the extraordinary Outdoor/indoor Onsen, Sauna, Stone spa in the house! Everything was clean and tidy! And the check-in was so smooth and easy! The only thing not that perfect was the internet speed, which made the streaming channel (Youtube, Netflix) on TV didn't smooth enough.”
