“We enjoyed our stay here, there was plenty of room to spread out, the beds were comfy and our host was very nice and welcoming. We didn't realize that it was geared at people with dogs and some were barking a bit & running around the courtyard but it was overall pretty quiet and also only a few blocks from the beach which was nice to walk on in the morning. ”

“Immaculately clean, good heating in late autumn, having a washing machine in the middle of our 15 day vacation was a dream. However, we had to climb 40 steps to the apartment with luggage to get to the apartment, so be forewarned if you’re not physically fit!”

“Excellent location, accessible to shops and restaurants. It’s got a lift for visitors with luggages to easily reach the hotel entrance from the lower ground. Hotel is well maintained and room is spacious. However, the outdoor onsen of the male side was closed on our day of visit. We asked if we could pay to use the private onsen, the front staff just said “no” and didn’t explain why. But other than that, our stay is wonderful. The kaiseki dinner and the breakfast buffet were both nice.”
