“Beautiful and convenient location. Overall nice. The aesthetics are nice, and the separate common areas were good. NONE of the upstairs bedrooms/sleeping areas have curtains!!! A guest should not be expected to pull the trash bin to the road! The upstairs shower took over 15 minutes to get warm water in the shower off the living room, and then the water pressure was weak; the other two showers were fine. The downstairs half-bath door does not lock. The lawn was overgrown. One of the bedrooms did……

“Very nice host, clean, great location. Listed as 2 BR and 4 people but there were only 2 chairs for dining and the second bedroom is a pullout that is relatively uncomfortable. Great place for 2 people but should be a little more clear in the listing about that. Very nice, responsive host and would highly recommend for 2 people.”

“Highly recommend! Gal in charge was more than kind! Absolutely amazing beach experience. I’m pretty spoiled living in Las Vegas with 5 star restaurants and 5 star hotels and I kid you not. “I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. Having worked in the hotel industry myself, I understand that issues can happen, but the overall cleanliness and condition of this room fell well below what should be considered acceptable. When I arrived, the bed sheets were visibly dirty, and the pillowcases and towels were stained. Those are basic housekeeping standards that should never be overlooked. To make matters worse, every time we used the sink or……

“Pool smelled like chlorine and horseradish, burnt my eyes. It was fairly priced as it was summer season and options are jacked up. Staff was nice, but outside of sleeping we tried not to spend too much time there. Staffers were friendly. Owners need to put some money into the property though.”
