"The room itself was small but well organized so we had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The check-in process is easy . You are sent a door code the day you arrive . The location is perfect with restaurants within walking distance. I also like the fact that they have a couple gazebos which are great to sit outdoors even in rainy weather."

They stop answering calls after 7 or so so you are F***ed if you need some thing or have a question. I could hear the next door person yawning loudly. Finally I yelled stop. I hope he had a happy ending but then he started the yawning at 5 am. Per a notice to hotel participants. WE CAN HEAR YOU! They are responsive before that time, like I couldn't figure out...

"This was on a family trip after burying our mother. We were the ONLY ones staying, yet they wouldn't give us the cabin with wi fi. The old lock locked us out late at night and it took 30 minutes for them to help us. When I complained, they kicked us out and called the police who had us drive away in the middle of the night with an 11 yr old. "
