“I was here for a solo work trip and stayed for 10 days. The cottage was the perfect landing spot. My only complaint is that I didn’t get to spend more time there! It was extremely well equipped in the kitchen, impeccably clean and included comfortable bedding. Prime location, easy access, easy booking process and fabulous host communication. Will definitely book this place again… hopefully with the whole family next time. Thank you Jean for a wonderful stay!”

“House was clean and convenient. the kitchen utensils need upgrading, the can opener was quite old and barely worked. I had to buy a pitcher to make lemonade. The beds were very comfortable. It's an older home but comfortable. ”

“The cottage is in a great location close to Main Street and the harbor. Easy parking at the cottage and it’s in a walkable area. Decor is cute and nautical, but it does feel like the cottage is missing a few things. It sleeps 4, but there is not enough seating for 4 in the living room. An additional comfortable chair would be nice. A stackable washer and dryer would also be great, but there is very little space for anything- we even had trouble finding spots for our luggage. The fridge door……

“Mermaid Cottage is a beautiful home! The host provides so many amenities to make the stay pleasant and stress free. And it was spotless! It was centrally located to the attractions we were interested in. There are several nice restaurants nearby.”

“It was very comfortable with upgraded kitchen and bathroom. It had all we needed. The owner was very responsive . Easy check in process. The location was perfect, just across from a beautiful ocean beach and very near Hyannis and many attractions. ”
