"Me & my boyfriend went for my birthday,got an upgrade to the garden of Eden Apple room it was very clean . Very friendly staff, especially Jo Jo in the restaurant & Fran . Everything in the room worked well, especially the hot tub . Very good amenities for the guests . We loved the couples bowling , and the trails . We will be returning back "

"good place but did not find anyone when i reached. Staff came next day. But place could be good had we have staff, events, people. "

"The smell in the hotel was terrible, the pool was not in service and they didn't tell us before we arrived. They give you a 15 minute window to tell them you don't want to stay and did NOT tell us the pool wasn't open. They sent us to a room that was at the other end of the building so we went over our 15 minutes and after 30 minutes demanded a refund. They would not let us talk to a manager and would only refund us one day stay. They also took 100.00 when we checked in for what I don't remember and we had to fight to get it back. We were told we would get it back at the end of our stay. I said we paid in advance and not sure why they needed the 100.00 security because that was not told to us in the listing either. Person on front desk, wanted us to just enjoy the in room jacuzzi, but that wasn't working right either. The jets did not spray right and all of them just trickled into the tub. This place is a SCAM. DO NOT under any circumstance stay here. We were the only ones there that day and I get why, and I also get why they stole our night stay money."
