“Front desk, maintenance and bell staff were excellent. They were prompt and courteous. Very friendly and welcoming check in with front desk and concierge.
Property definitely needs an update. Also common areas like hallways and elevator should be deep cleaned and maintained better.”

“It was easy check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed Thursday through Sunday. All in all it was good. Friday night I’m not sure what happened but there didn’t seem to be a front desk agent for about 45 minutes. She finally came walking out from down the hall, there were 5 or 6 other groups waiting for assistance.”
